Office Perfume Spray Amount Guide
Office fragrance is not only about taste. It is about distance, ventilation, repetition, and whether others are forced to smell it.

Default rule
Start with one spray under clothing or one half-spray on the torso. Test it on a normal workday before adding more. Meeting rooms, elevators, and shared cars need lower projection than outdoor scenes.
When to reduce
Reduce spray amount when the perfume is amber-heavy, sweet, smoky, leathery, oud-rich, or strongly musky. Also reduce in hot weather, after commuting, or when you will sit close to the same people for hours.
How to make it memorable without pressure
Choose texture over volume: clean musk, soft woods, tea, iris, transparent citrus, or a quiet aromatic route. A fragrance can be distinctive without filling the room.
